Renovation and addition to a water / sewer project in Clayton, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The project consists of the construction of approximately 250 LF of 8-inch gravity sewer to divert flow from the existing Arbors Lift Station to the existing 24-inch Little Creek WRF Transmission Gravity Sewer (MH GS-42). In addition, the Arbors Lift Station is to be decommissioned. As part of the decommission, an alternate bid is to be received to relocate an existing above ground Dri-Prime pumping unit and propane fuel tank from the Arbors Lift Station and install both at the Town's Walnut Creek Lift Station, along with associated site revisions. Only emailed questions received prior to the time and date listed below, or questions received at the pre-bid meeting will be addressed. All emailed questions must be received by 2:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time on August 31st. No questions or requests for clarifications will be accepted after this time. Responses to questions will be issued in the form of an addendum and issued by 2:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time on September 1, 2023 (if needed) on the Quest website. The issuance of such written responses is the only official method by which interpretation, clarification or additional information will be given by the Town. Only requests answered by formal written responses will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
