This Request for Proposal (RFP) announces the intent of the County of Mendocino to obtain proposals for Architectural and Engineering Design Services for a grant project to install emergency backup generators at five critical facilities within the County. The purpose of the RFP is to receive proposals and issue a contract for Architectural and Engineering Services for HMGP DR-4558-405-72R. Vendors must submit five (5) copies of their proposal: Four (4) complete paper copy with original Vendor signature, and one (1) complete copy on USB Flash Drive. The proposal must be formatted in accordance with the instructions of this RFP. Promotional materials may be attached but are not necessary and will not be considered as meeting any of the requirements of this RFP.
