North West Utility District is seeking per unit pricing quotes in order to contract with a primary and secondary contractor for the installation, repair, and replacements of the North West Utility District Water System. Unit pricing shall include labor and material costs including excavation, back- fill, and compaction. Materials, manufacturers, and installations shall be in accordance with the North West Utility District Standard Specifications attached to this form. This contract will be valid for one year from the award date. Pricing is in four parts. All or portions of the pricing requests may be submitted.
