Renovation of a library in Old Bridge, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The Old Bridge Public Library seeks to replace its two front, exterior, automatic doors, original to the 1993 building. Specifications are as follows: The cable system will be updated to a belt operated system. Measures to conserve energy and expense include: o a reduction in the size of the bi-parting sliding doors and the introduction of a transom to fill the original entry space. o a reduction in the depth of the glass to 1/4 " tempered. As these doors are the exterior entrance to the foyer, the energy return on insulation rating is voided by the additional weight of the doors on the mechanism. Product Requirements: o Bi- Parting 4- Panel Sliding Door o Package Heights: 7'-7" to 9"0" o Smart Panel o Clear anodized o Header, operator, control, and hardware o 1 3/4 x 4 1/2 jambs non-telescopic o Narrow stile on doors & panels o Glass stops 1/4" or 1" o Dual safety beams Adjustable door sweeps o 115-volt operating system o Ball detent on SO panels o RIC 290 Sensor o 7" wide threshold o Manual door lock/thumb-turn o ANSI decals o Transom frame for bi-parting sliding door o 1/4 Clear Tempered Safety Glass Sq/ft o Sealant Gray Tube Proof of Business Registration with the State of NJ must be included when you return the quote.
