Reference Number 0000327257 Respondents are invited to participate in the Qualification Stage for the Continental Hoosier System (CHS) Selected Alternative Design Firm. See Solicitation Announcement for instructions. Colorado Springs Utilities will be conducting a two-step procurement process to pre-qualified contractors with a Statement of Qualification followed by a Request for Proposal to seek a contract with a engineering consultant/design firm to take the existing 30% design along with additional information obtained through the NEPA alternative analysis process to complete the 60%, 90%, and final design for the CHS Montgomery Dam Raise project scheduled to be constructed between 2027 and 2030. This will include performing additional geotechnical and other engineering-related investigations during the design process to complete the final design for construction.
