The project involves creating a student area for the GATUM student association - Groupe Action Trans Université Montréal. The Contractor undertakes to take all necessary measures to meet the planned schedule to begin work on or about 2023-09-25, enabling the Certificate of Final Acceptance to be issued no later than: 2023-12-22.
