We extend this proposal to provide all labor, materials, delivery, equipment, and all other incidentals needed to remove two (2) existing Trane Air-Cooled Chiller Systems and supply and install two (2) new 200-ton Trane Air Cooled Water Chiller Systems, Model Number ACRB2005EUA*XUUCXNC2XFNLBKEV1TANXXXAAXXXXX0XX at the Jefferson Performing Arts Center located at 6400 Airline Drive, Metairie, LA 70001. A Louisiana State Contractor's License will be required in accordance with LSA R.S. 37-2150 et. seq., and such license number will be shown on the outside of the electronic bid envelope. Failure to comply will cause the bid to be rejected. When submitting the bid electronically, the license number must be entered in the appropriate field in the electronic procurement system.
