Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in New York, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Port Richmond Wastewater Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF) is located at 1801 Richmond Terrace, Staten Island, NY 10310. Port Richmond WRRF utilizes the sludge dock within the Kill Can Kull to offload sludge to and from the facility into NYCDEP vessels. The project scope focusing on the Port Richmond WRRF sludge dock, includes the following: Replacement of the existing sludge dock; Replacement and widening of the causeway; Installation of 20-inch sludge line and associated supports; Installation of two (2) new 12-inch sludge lines from the 20-inch line to gooseneck connectors; Replacement of the existing plunger desludging line pump in the nearby sludge storage tank building; Installation of new 12-inch gooseneck connectors and valves at sludge loading area of the dock; Heat tracing of 12-inch sludge line and gooseneck connectors; Installation of new heat-traced potable water line to the new dock area; Upgrade lighting on dock and causeway; Installation of new LED lights along the causeway, dock, and walkways; Replacement of the existing load center and supports on the new dock; 2 Exhibit A RFP Data Sheet Installation of electrical equipment along the dock, causeway, and walkways including lighting, transformer and panelboard, shore power receptacles, insulated heat tracing; and other miscellaneous ancillary systems; and Installation of new dock camera system. The project scope for Rockaway WRRF dock includes the following: Demolition of the existing bulkhead, mooring anchors, and fender system and upland dock as required to accommodate associated marine structures, mechanical equipment, and electrical equipment; Construction of a new dock bulkhead with concrete cap and a new fender system matching the top of existing dock outboard of the new bulkhead; Installation of a new ductile iron pipe sludge line along the causeway and dock and installation of two sludge manifolds and gooseneck connectors; Installation of new heat-traced potable water line and hydrants leading out to the dock; Installation of electrical equipment along the dock, causeway, and walkways including shore power receptacles, insulated heat tracing; and other miscellaneous ancillary systems; Installation of new dock camera system; and Repair of existing plant outfall within dock boundaries as needed. structures and sludge lines to support sludge operations during construction.
