This contract is applicable to all establishments in the territory covered by the CSSDGS; The cleaning services must be performed at the request of the Engineer or the CSSDGS project manager, in accordance with the requirements established in this Specification as well as those prescribed by the competent authorities; This Specification contains information on the cleaning of ventilation ducts, and related materials and components, of existing HVAC installations, including the use of antimicrobial coatings and agents; HVAC system inspection services may also be part of the mandate.
