Site work and paving for a transportation facility in West Lafayette, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a 10,000-square-foot transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
The Trustees of Purdue University will solicit and interview prospective CMc firms for the Purdue University Airport Terminal project. The RFP process will consist of two stages. The first stage (RFP-A/B) will be a qualifications based review. From these responses, firms will be shortlisted to proceed to the next stage. The second stage (RFP-C) will consist of in-person interviews. service at LAF. The new terminal will be approximately 10,000 GSF. The project will be compliant with Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and airline requirements for: restrooms, hold room, baggage claim, ticketing, and TSA baggage and passenger screening. Safety improvements for pedestrian crossing at the existing railroad tracks will be included along with a short-term parking lot adjacent to the new terminal along with minor landside improvements. TSA office space will be provided inside the existing terminal. Any questions should be emailed to this contact directly.
