Bidders are responsible for exact measurements. The contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, labor, supervision, permits, & other necessary things to complete the TPO roof replacement. All cleanup of roof work and debris removal is the responsibility of the awarded Supplier/Vendor. DPS needs a new TPO roof installed on the Hampton Scale Barn. The roof is 40' x 80', and the current roofing material is metal. The contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, labor, supervision, permits, & other necessary things to complete the TPO roof replacement. All cleanup of roof work and debris removal is the responsibility of the awarded Supplier/Vendor. Work shall begin within 60 days of award notice and be completed within 30 days. A written 20-year manufacturer material and labor warranty shall be provided prior to final invoice. Description: o Supplier shall provide plywood and tarps to protect landscape and outdoor fixtures. o Supplier shall remove and dispose of 4 existing fiberglass skylights. o Supplier shall install new r-panel to close existing skylights. o Supplier shall install 2x4 wood nailer around entire perimeter. o Supplier shall install EPS flute fill insulation to provide a level roof surface. o Supplier shall mechanically fasten 1.5" ISO board insulation with an R value of 9 over the EPS flute fill. o Supplier shall mechanically fasten a 60-mil white TPO membrane over the ISO board insulation system using piranha plates and screws into metal purlins per manufacturer specs. o Supplier shall seal TPO system with hot air weld application. o Supplier shall install split pipe seal flashings around all plumbing pipes. o Supplier shall install a TPO 24-gauge metal drip edge on all roof drainage edges. o Supplier shall complete flat roof with all necessary accessories like T-joint covers and premade TPO corners. o Supplier shall prefabricate and install an HVAC boot to all the vent pipes from TPO unreinforced membranes. o Supplier shall ensure all the roof system components are installed to meet specifications. o Supplier shall walk a magnetic sweeper around the property and driveway to ensure all nails from roof are disposed of properly.
