PARIC Corporation is seeking proposals for the following project: FANDUEL SPORTSBOOK & HORSE RACING CASINO PARIC Corporation is soliciting bids for the Elevators, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Mechanical/H VAC, and Electrical for the FANDUEL SPORTSBOOK & HORSE RACING CASINO located on 9301 Collins vllle Road, Collinsville, IL 62234. Project consists of expansion and renovation to the existing 3-story Fairmount Park Clubhouse Building, located at 9301 Collinsville Road, Collinsville, IL that includes a casino sportsbook, horse betting teller stations with betting area, casino gaming areas, with restaurant and cocktail bars. The first floor will be expanded and renovated to accommodate the casino gaming floor area. A new two-story office building will be connected to the existing building and will serve several operational functions for casino operation. The last day for questions is 6/20/23.
