For furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment and performing all work necessary to furnish, install and configure security cameras at seven (7) Greater Cincinnati Water Works (GCWW) locations. It is understood that the quantities are approximate only and shall not govern the amount required during the contract period. The estimated quantities indicated will be used solely for the purpose of making a tabulation of the bids. Bidders are to complete the Excel pricing sheet in the shaded areas (Volume #3). Prices bid are firm and fixed for the project. Questions or requests for additional information regarding this solicitation shall be directed in writing to the assigned City of Cincinnati Buyer, Alexa Kafury, via email at alexa.kafury@cincinnati-oh.gov. Please submit questions via email by 12:00 PM ET on August 28, 2023. The contractor shall secure delivery of all equipment and materials required and shall complete on-site work within 365 calendar days from receipt of notice to begin work. Site visit information : A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held over a course of several days to visit seven (7) GCWW locations. A signed CII NDA (Attachment 4) document is required to register and attend. No onsite NDAs will be allowed to be filled out. NDAs MUST BE SUBMITTED BY AUGUST 15TH @ 4:00 PMET. NDAs must be signed by an authorized member of the Bidders Company. Vendors MUST register all attendees with the buyer, Alexa Kafury at alexa.kafury@cincinnatioh.gov If you do not register and show up unannounced, you will not be permitted to attend the meeting. Late arrivals will not be permitted. Dress and prepare appropriately for industrial facility tours including interior and exterior of the facilities. All bidders must attend the visits to all 7 sites. Note: The site visits will take two to three days. During the meeting drawings and descriptions sheets for the seven locations will be available for review. Additionally, a site visit schedule to tour the seven locations will be discussed, directly following the information meeting, the tour to the first facility will commence and tours will conclude for the first day at approximately 3:30pm. Note: All provided drawings must be returned to GCWW before leaving the premises. No copies or photos are permitted. No photos may be taken of the facilities being toured.
