Site work for a water / sewer project in Buckhannon, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
A. Scope of Work: This Section includes the clearing, grubbing, and restoration of the Site including, but not limited to, the following: 1. Clearing, grubbing, and restoration. 2. Protection of designated trees and vegetation. 3. Private fence considerations. 4. Off-site disposal of all material generated by the clearing and grubbing operations. 5. Stripping, stockpiling, and reapplying of topsoil. The Project includes the following Work: This project will extend Hodgesville Public Service Districts water distribution system approximately 5,000 LF to service 7 new customers. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Murphy Station Road Emergency Waterline Extension Project This project will extend Hodgesville Public Service Districts water distribution system approximately 5,000 LF to service 7 new customers. The Work will be substantially completed within 90 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run, and completed and ready for final payment within 120 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000 per day.
