Stair Guards and Handrail Compliance and Installation, Various RHU's, Standing Offer Agreement, CFHA Gagetown, Oromocto, NB The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment necessary for Stair Guards and Handrail Compliance and Installation, Various RHU's, CFHA Gagetown, Oromocto, NB The Standing Offer / Standing Offer Agreement will be in place for a period of one (1) year and if mutually agreed between the Contractor and DCC, may be extended for two (2) one-year periods under the same terms and conditions. The maximum amount of this Standing Offer Agreement during the first period stated above is 547,080.00. For each extension described above, the maximum amount that can be expended will be increased by $1,250,000 each for an overall potential value of $3,047,080. Even though you have been invited to bid, should your DCC bidding privileges be suspended and you submit a bid on future DCC SOA's, said bids will be rejected and no SOA will be awarded to said tenderer.
