The San Jacinto River Authority is requesting Proposals for Cathodic Protection Testing and Repair Services. This RFP solicits information that will enable SJRA to select a Firm that shall provide testing and repair services as needed for cathodic protection inspection and repair services. As relevant assignments arise, SJRA Woodlands and GRP Divisions may issue independent work orders for cathodic protection testing and repair assignments over the next three-year (3-yr) period to the selected Firm. Services may include, but not be limited to, the following areas: Locating, assessing, and conducting integrity testing, Testing of current systems, Electrical isolation testing Electrical continuity testing AC and DC Stray current interference testing Development of cathodic protection assessment and testing report, Repairs to existing cathodic protection systems based on identified deficiencies, On-call support for other cathodic protection related activities as required.
