Radio Control ACLS Runway Edge Light Project. PROJECT CONTRACT DAYS (1ST AGREEMENT): 30 CALENDAR DAYS (INCLUDES ONLY 5 NIGHT CLOSURES MAX) ON-CALL CONTRACT TERM (2ND AGREEMENT): 3 YEARS WITH TWO ONE-YEAR OPTIONS LIQUIDATED DAMAGES:$1,000 per calendar day Question Deadline 08/31/2023 at 4:00 PM PT The Contractor and Subcontractors shall be licensed in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 9, Division 3, of the Business and Professions Code of the State of California and submit the number and classification of said licenses with the Bid Documents. Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check made payable to the City of Santa Monica, or a Bidder's bond (using the form provided in the Bid Form) for an amount equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the amount bid as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract with the City. Within ten (10) Days after the issuance of the Notice of Award and prior to commencing Work on the Project, Contractor shall file with City good and sufficient Labor & Material Payment and Performance Bonds each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Sum. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. Bidders will not be released on account of errors except that the City reserves the right to waive any minor irregularity or informality in any Bid.
