Reference number : 1752812 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-08-28 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 36 The Center de services scolaire de la Moyenne-Cote-Nord wishes to issue a call for tenders for the snow removal of the courtyard of Notre-Dame-des-Anges school as well as for the establishment of the Copacte, located in Natashquan, according to the plans provided for each of the following administrative units: Batch 1: 002-NEIGE-23-26-01 School yard snow removal Our Lady of the Angels School 14, alley of the Fathers-Eudists Natashquan (Quebec), G0G 2E0 Batch 2: 002-NEIGE-23-26-02 Snow removal of sidewalks, doors and entrances Copact Establishment 24 way from above Natashquan (Quebec), G0G 2E0 The snow removal of the schoolyard of Notre-Dame-des-Anges school is a firm contract for three (3) years. The snow removal of sidewalks, doors and entrances to the Copacte is a renewable contract from January 2024 until April 2026. The five (5) renewal options are optional and it is possible that the CSSMCN will not use these latest. The service provider will be notified every October 1 st if he must proceed with snow removal from November and December, and every December 1 st for snow removal from January to April.
