This Request for Quotations (the RFQ) is an invitation by Centre d'excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat and its participating agencies (CEA FRANCOachat) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Replacement of RTU's at École Élémentaire Publique Des Sentiers - CEPEO, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the Deliverables). The Centre d'excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat (CEA FRANCOachat) is a shared service organization providing procurement services for member school boards in the province of Ontario. This competitive procurement process is being completed on behalf of the following school board: 1. Conseil des écoles publiques de l'Est de l'Ontario 2445 Saint-Laurent Boulevard Ottawa (Ontario) K1G 6C3 Hereinafter, the above named school board are referred to as Board unless otherwise specified. The Intent of this RFQ is to obtain quotations from respondents to complete the Replacement of Roof Top Units at École Élémentaire Publique Des Sentiers for a Stipulated Price contract in the form of CCDC 2-2008 with Supplementary Conditions, in accordance with all RFQ Documents and Terms and Conditions outlined herein (the Contract). Contract work is to commence no later than September 11th, 2023. All interior work shall be completed no later than January 5th, 2024. Any interior work not completed by this date shall be completed during modified hours. All exterior work shall be completed no later than June 28th, 2024.
