The City of Cathedral City (City) is seeking qualifications and proposals from qualified professional consultants and/or firms to provide services for Construction Engineering Support, pursuant to State-funded HSIP project requirements. The Project in focus is the Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) Cycle 10: Pedestrian Crossing at Ramon Road near Candlewood Drive, CIP No. 08752. The scope of Construction Engineering Support includes labor compliance monitoring and enforcement, inspections, and materials testing. The City reserves the right to negotiate the terms and conditions of any resulting contract. The Proposer shall guarantee that all contents of their proposal shall be valid for a period of 120 calendar days from the due date of proposals.
