Site work for a civil project in Seiling, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a pipeline; and road / highway.
The Project includes the following Work: Relocation of approximately 3,000 LF of 4-inch steel gas line utility along US Hwy-60. Prospective Bidders are urged to register as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. Only Prospective Bidders who obtain Bid Documents through Parkhill will be registered as a document holder (plan holder) and will therefore automatically receive addenda if/when issued. 3. Payment shall be Company check or cashier's check made payable to Parkhill, or by credit card. 4. No partial sets will be issued. 5. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. The Issuing Parkhill Office for the Bidding Documents is: 3300 Oklahoma Ave. Suite 1100, Woodward, Oklahoma, 73801, 580.254.3514 The Town of Seiling/Seiling PWA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities or technicalities without assigning any reason therefore, and to make the awards in the best interest of the Owner. Bids are solicited and a contract award will be made pursuant to the Public Competitive Bidding Act 1974 as amended (Title 61, O.S. 1981, Sections 101-136 et seq.) Contractors are required to meet American Iron and Steel Requirements, as required by ODOT.
