The intent of this Invitation For Bid is to secure, on a competitive basis, the cost of trimming trees designated by the North Little Rock Electric Department (hereinafter referred to as" NLRED") in need trimming. Questions and inquiries, both verbal and written, will be accepted from any and all bidders. The City is the sole point of contact for this solicitation unless otherwise instructed herein.
