Fairmount Library Roofing Project - The Project consists of the.roofing replacement at Fairmount LibraryThe project consist of removal of the existing roof system membrane and insulation to structural deck and install new EPDM roof system with insulation, vapor retarder, cover board to meet current energy codes. Locations: 1. 3000 N Fairmount St, Davenport, IA 52804 For all bids over $100,000, the City of Davenport requires a Bid Bond of 5% of the bid amount. A copy of the front page of the bid bond must be attached in the "Response Attachments" tab of the bid package. Bids over $100,000, submitted without a bid bond will not be considered. For awarded bids over $100,000, the awarded contractor will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount, and said bond to be issued by a responsible surety approved by the City and shall guarantee the faithful performance of the Contract and the terms and conditions therein contained. Working Days - The Contractor shall complete all work, including final cleanup and removal of all equipment for the bid by November 15, 2025, unless modified by Change Order.
