Renovation of a water / sewer project in Macclenny, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of the full replacement of the 9th Street Lift Station, which includes one (1) new duplex submersible lift station; associated gravity sewer and force main work; bypass pumping; demolition; site work; electrical and emergency standby generator; and restoration. The project also consists of the full replacement of approximately 790 LF of 6" gravity sewer with 8" and 10" PVC gravity sewer and four (4) manholes; constructing two (2) precast manholes; CIPP lining approximately 700 LF of 8" gravity sewer and rehabilitating four (4) manholes; along with sewer laterals, street paving, restoration work and other associated work. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Macclenny is an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcomes bids from Minority and Women Owned Businesses (M/WBE) contractors and complies with Section 3 requirements as set forth in 24 CFR 75 of Federal Regulations, and complies with Debarment and Suspension requirements as set forth in 2 CFR 200.
