Reference Number 0000327355 Provide Design-Build Services ("D/B Services") for the design and construction of Renovation and Refurbishment of Fulton County Government facilities, including the Tower, Mid-Rise, and Low-Rise Building as well as selected floors in the Central Library. This project will require all pre-construction (including design and engineering etc.) construction, quality control, etc., services necessary to complete the pre-construction and construction phases of the renovation project. o The project duration is 750 calendar days. o The consequences of the project delay will be liquidated damages. The Government Center Complex consists of the following six buildings: 1. The Government Center Tower (GCT) is a 10-story (plus basement level and parking garage) office building located at 141 Pryor Street, SW, and includes 263,577 SF of floor area. The GCT was developed in 1988 and contains offices. There are forty-two (42) public restrooms (twenty-one men's and twenty-one (21) women's) and approximately 20,263 SF of Common Area Space. 2. The Atrium Building (Atrium) is a four-story high building located at 141 Pryor Street, SW and includes 68, 179 SF of floor area, and includes approximately 9,750 SF of Common Area Space. 3. The Public Safety Building (PSB) is a three-story (plus a ground level and rooftop mechanical level) office building at 130 Peachtree Street, SW, and includes 75,100 SF of floor area. There are eight (8) public restrooms (four (4) men and four (4) women) and it is approximately 10,082 SF of Common Area Space. 4. The Low-Rise Building (LRB) is a three-story (plus a ground level and rooftop mechanical level) office building located at 141 Pryor Street and includes 38,226 SF of floor area. The LRB contains ten (10) public restrooms (five (5) men's and five (5) women's) and approximately 20,267 SF of Common Area Space. 5. The Mid-Rise Building (MRB) is a four-story (plus a ground level and rooftop mechanical level) office building located at 141 Pryor Street and includes 98,793 SF of floor area. The MRB contains two (2) public restrooms (one (1) men's and one (1) woman's and approximately 10,082 SF of Common Area Space. 6. The Assembly Building (AB) is a three-story (plus a ground level and rooftop mechanical level) building located at 141 Pryor Street and includes 83,064 SF of floor area. The AB contains approximately 3,230 SF of Common Area Space.
