**As of September 21, 2023, the project is on hold. No definite date for the rebid.** A. Project Identification: The Project includes work the installation of artificial turf at the Girls JV Softball Field. Included in the project is all subgrade drainage systems. The JV field will have mesh fence from the Varsity Field outfield installed. 1. Project Location a. Kokomo High School, 2501 South Berkley Road, Kokomo, Indiana. 2. Owner: Kokomo School Corporation, 1500 South Washington, Kokomo, Indiana. B. Architect Identification: The Contract Documents, dated August 10, 2023, were prepared for the Project by MSKTD & Associates, Inc., 1715 Magnavox Way, Fort Wayne, Indiana, 46804. C. Project will be constructed under a general construction contract. Each bid proposal shall include all labor, material, and services necessary to complete the project in strict accordance with the drawings and specifications as prepared and on file in the office of MSKTD & Associates, Inc., 1715 Magnavox Way, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46804. The Project includes the installation of artificial turf at the JV softball field. The work includes a new outfield fence. Bidder shall contact Chad Shepherd, (765) 480-4037, to schedule access to areas being worked on. Bids shall not be modified, withdrawn or canceled, without the Owner's written consent, for a period of ninety (90) calendar days commencing from the day bids are received.
