Site work for a civil project in West Seneca, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
A. Operation and maintenance (O&M) instructions shall be provided in accordance with this section and as required in the technical sections of this project manual. O&M information shall be provided for each maintainable piece of equipment, equipment assembly or subassembly, and material provided or modified under this contract. B. O&M information shall be provided both as hard copy and in electronic format. O&M instructions must be submitted and accepted before on-site training may start. PART 2 - TYPES OF INFORMATION REQUIRED Only written Requests For Information (RFI) will be accepted. RFIs will be accepted until 12:00 p.m. (Local Time) on August 18, 2023 at the office of the Town Engineer. Procurement of Two 4-inch and Two 6-inch Bypass Pumps. Only written Requests For Information (RFI) will be accepted. RFIs will be accepted until 12:00 p.m. (Local Time) on August 11, 2023 at the office of the Town Engineer. The Town of West Seneca reserves the right to reject any and all bids. This Contract will require 10% retainage until Demonstration and Training has taken place and the O&M Manuals have been provided. Bid bonds, performance or payment bonds will not be required.
