Renovation of a water / sewer project in Cumberland, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The project involves upgrades to the existing Cumberland wastewater treatment facility located at 2934 Ulverston Ave. in Cumberland, BC. This work package is for the Electrical and Instrumentation Works for the project. 1. Mobilization/Demobilization to site including, but not limited to, all equipment, labour, hoisting equipment, materials, fuels to perform all work within this scope. 2. All local layout and survey required to carry out the civil scope. General Contractor (GC) to provide benchmarks for reference. 3. Electrical permits as required 4. Underground conduits and duct banks (trenching by others) 5. Please note that the main electrical e-house has been purchased as a stand alone pre-packaged unit. Shop drawings for the unit are provided on the FTP server. Electrical & Instrumentation subcontractor is responsible for installing power conduit to the e-house and also making any connections from outside the e-house to the respective panel inside the e-house. 6. Supply and Installation of power, instrumentation and communications conduits & cabling 7. Supply and Installation of feeders to pre-fabricated buildings 8. Connections only to vendor supplied equipment (See load list in tender documents for list of equipment) 9. Installation of 2 generators and 2 ATS as per electrical MTO in tender documents 10. Supply and Installation of exterior lighting 11. Supply and Installation of grounding system 12. Supply and Installation of data and communications system 13. Fibre Optic feeders to each building (Rack equipment, switches, etc. by others) 14. Supply and Installation of security, CCTV and access control systems 15. Supply and Installation of control panels and instrumentation systems including instrumentation listed in instrumentation index posted on the FTP server 16. Provision of all required control wiring in conduit, and all required control air piping and/or instrument tubing. 17. Connections only to HVAC, equipment supplied by others 18. Commissioning of electrical, instrumentation, alarm, and communications systems 19. Commissioning assistance for vendor supplied systems 20. Basic hardware maintenance, including sensors and end device adjustment, calibration, and replacement 21. Project management time and site supervision relating to electrical (Safety, shop drawings, scheduling, commissioning, O&M manuals Etc.) 22. Temporary power and lighting equipment and labour 23.
