Site work for a mixed-use development in Williamston, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and playground / park / athletic field.
This project consists of providing all required materials, equipment and labor necessary to complete the construction of the Wastewater Trunk Line Replacement from the Big Creek East Wastewater Treatment Plant to Mineral Springs Park. Generally, the project includes the installation of approximately 5,000-linear feet of 15-inch gravity wastewater line, twenty (20) manholes, and all other necessary appurtenances. Specific details are included within the Construction Plans and Technical Specifications. Bidders must deposit security with all bids. Security shall be in the form of a certified check or bid bond made payable to the Owner, and shall be for an amount equal to not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Provisions of the security shall be as described in the Information for Bidders. Contractor shall furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price, as security for the faithful performance and payment of all of Contractor's obligations under the Contract. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any, all or any part of bids received as a result of this request, to waive any informalities or to cancel in part or in its entirety this request, if it is in its best interest to do so. The Owner will be sole judge as to whether bids submitted meet all requirements.
