As of March 14, 2025, this project is in the design phase. This project will go out to bid in early 2026. Construction will begin summer 2026. The City of Bremerton (City) is providing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to secure professional engineering design and construction support services for the East 9th Street Stormwater The project is funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and is included in the Stormwater Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) with a construction budget of $3,500,000.
