This project is Phase 2 of the repair and restoration of the historic building façade, towers, and roof. The work for this phase of the project involves general trade coordination, roof work, masonry restoration, stained-glass restoration, and related work. Contract is summarized, the scope of work for this project includes the following: 2.1 Contract #100 General Trades including Sitework: A. The General Trades Contractor shall furnish all material, labor, equipment, subcontractors, supervision, management, and administration required for the total performance of the work of this contract including, but not limited to the following: 1. Once contractor is selected, credentials (including all sub-contractors) shall be sent to the architect. 2.
