* Award subject to final approval. ** The tender results also include: Western Edge Inc. - $432,757.50; Fourth Gen. Enterprises Inc. - $438,850.00. Remove three (3) existing 1200mm Ø x 17m long CSP culverts and install three (3) new 1400mm Ø x 17m long CSP, at Stations 16+21 and 21+95; Remove three (3) existing 1050mm Ø x 16m long CSP culverts and install three (3) 1400mm Ø x 18m long CSP at Station 26+52 at SEC 23-23-2EPM, West of PR 326 on North Crooked Lake Drain in the Municipality of Bifrost-Riverton. The Work shall be completed on or before the expiration of TWENTY (20) Working Days. Daily liquidated damages after this specified time limit will be charged at the rate of FIVE HUNDRED ($500.00) Dollars per Working Day until the work is completed.
