All Bidders Must Have a Louisiana State Contractors Board License Classification of Municipal and Public Works Construction. The purpose and Scope ofWork ofthis project is as follows: A new facultative lagoon system shall be installed at the existing WWTP. A new chlorine contract chamber shall be installed. All existing lift stations shall be renovated through this project. Following inspection, various manhole rehabilitation is also proposed.
