ESTIMATED BID COST RANGE: $424,164 to $487,696 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Bidders are required to complete a preregistration form prior to accessing Camp Murray.Once completed, bidders shall notify Atika Jain (KMB architects) and Brad Olson (WMD) via email that the form has been filled out. A printout of the completed form shall be provided for the registration process at the gate. Submit questions and clarifications regarding Drawings and Specifications no later than 5:00 pm, Friday, 1 September 2023. If necessary, a final Addendum will be issued on Monday, 4 September 2023. The Project consists of replacement of 61 existing fiberglass flagpoles with aluminum flagpoles. Work includes complete demolition of existing concrete footings fill, grounding spike, and other related existing footing material and construction of new concrete footings, fill, grounding spike, and aluminum flagpoles . Voluntary numerical Diverse Business goals of 10% MBE, 6% WBE, 5% Washington Small Business, and 5% Veterans have been established for this project. Achievement of the goals is encouraged. The State reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Contingent upon receipt of Federal funds.
