The Winchester Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the 667-2 Roof and Fascia Board Repair and Replacement, #344047 in Winchester, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Reverse Architecture. The Project consists of: roofing and sheathing replacement on two buildings in the development, which both require mold remediation, new attic insulation, and ventilation improvements. Exterior improvements include the replacement of soffit and fascia boards, and gutters. There are 3 alternates. The work is estimated to cost $270,000. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive. The bids are to be prepared and submitted electronically.
