PROJECT IDENTIFICATION: Green Bay Area Public School District, will be receiving sealed bids for the GBAPS - BP-1 West High School Weight Room Addition and Alterations Project in accordance with the Bidding Documents prepared by Armstrong, Torseth, Skold & Rydeen, Inc., Architects and Engineers, 8501 Golden Valley Road, Suite 300, Minneapolis, MN 55427-4414: PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Weight Room addition, with associated site/civil, structural, mechanical and electrical work. Canopy addition outside cafeteria. Alterations to existing fitness room area and L2 wrestling room area. HVAC unit replacement During the Pre-Bid Meeting, a tour of the site will be conducted, a review of the Project will be provided, and questions from Bidders concerning the Project will be answered by Owner and Architect
