Saving Project...

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Covington, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 10,000-square-foot municipal facility.

Any inquiriesregarding this RFP must be submitted in writing no later than Noon-Local Time, Friday, August 25, 2023, to: Newton County Purchasing Office, Attn: Randi Fincher, 1113 Usher Street, Suite 204 Covington, GA 30014, or email: rfincher@co.newton.ga.us. Questions will be answered at the mandatory pre-submission conference and/or in writing by addendum. Questions received after this time will not receive a response. The existing Administrative Building is to be renovated to allow for expansion of spaces for the departments within this facility. A new Centralized Storage Facility will be constructed to take on the storage needs being relocated out of the Administrative Building and offices for the Facilities Department. The following is provided to assist the Design-Build firms or teams in determining if they have the necessary project experience to submit a proposal and be considered for these projects.
