Question Cutoff Date: 8/25/2023 07:00 PM (ET) This project is for the expansion of the Public Safety Training Center located at 1515 50th Street SE, Rochester, MN 55904. The solicitation event is for the electrical, mechanical and earthwork trade packages that will be evaluated using best value. Bid event RFB 2023-127 is for all other trade packages. Each proposal shall be accompanied by bid security in the form of a surety bid bond, cashier's check or certified check, drawn on a state or national bank domiciled within the State of Minnesota in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the maximum base bid submitted, payable without condition to the Owner as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract with the Owner for the work described. Liquidated Damages: N/A C. An extension of this completion time shall be allowed only by written approval (or by Change Order) of the Owner, Architect and Construction Manager
