Site work and paving for a civil project in Lachine, Quebec. Design plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Upgrades, repairs and improvement to the Saint-Pierre interchange that has exceeded its useful life. The project aims to replace the six existing structures-links between Highway 20 and Route 138, which leads to the south shore of Montreal via the Honoré-Mercier Bridge. Built in 1966, it will require extensive work over the next few years. The major project of the Saint-Pierre interchange aims in particular to ensure the sustainability of the infrastructures and to improve traffic flow in this sector. Note. Provincial authorities are currently carrying out major renovation and repair work on existing structures. TIMELINE: Project is preliminary and is currently under study by the Ministry of Transport. Concept establishment is underway at the awarded professional consultants. According to the information provided on the list of major projects of the Quebec Treasury Bord secretariat the project is "under study". Timelines of further project development are not determined. Further update in late 2026. Note. According to the Quebec Treasury Board Secretariat list the value of the project exceeds $50 million.
