New construction of a mixed-use development in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a 223,000-square-foot, five-story above grade fire / police facility; 81,500-square-foot fire / police facility; and 136,315-square-foot, 378-space parking garage.
A groundbreaking ceremony was held on November 10, 2023. C.D. Smith is the Construction Manager for the State of WI Crime Lab / Milwaukee County Medical Examiner & Office of Emergency Management Facility (Crime Lab / ME & OEM) Project in Wauwatosa, WI. It is a multi-use building project for which we will be building the 223,000 SF building core and shell and finishing out 81,500 SF for the State of WI the Crime Lab portion. The project is a 4-level cast in place framed project with a 5th level steel framed penthouse. Separately, we will be building a 136,315 SF precast parking ramp for 378 cars.
