CR Number: 2100885 Replace Roofing. SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1. Remove and dispose of all roofing and related materials for proper installation of new work. 2. Replace all damaged roof deck sheathing with new 5/8 thick exterior grade plywood sheeting. (10 Sheets) 3. Furnish and install Grace ice and water shield adhesive membrane or equal over entire roof deck sheathing. Furnish and install new drip edges. 4. Furnish and install GAF Timberline UHDZ asphalt shingles, pewter/gray (or equivalent) approximately 2100 sqft and new ridge vent. 5. Remove any rotten fascia and supports replace with new wood. Furnish and install new vented soffit and cap all fascia and trim with white wood grain textured aluminum. 6. Furnish and install new metal flashing and caulking around chimney and all vent pipes or where required. 7. Furnish and install new roof gutters, leaders and downspouts with five (5) inches aluminum seamless gutters, downspouts and leaders. Furnish and install new metal or rigid plastic leaf gutter guards. Gutters shall be installed properly pitch to downspouts. 8. All roofing materials, installation and fastening shall follow manufacturers requirements. 9. OPWDD is the AHJ. All equivalent substitutions need prior approval by OPWDDs architect or engineer. 10. Contractor will supply any third party inspections and certifications if necessary. This is an RFQ (request for quotes). This is not an IFB (bid).
