West Valley City is seeking proposals to provide electric vehicle charging stations. Responders to this request for proposals are to review the criteria described in this request and submit a proposal that matches those criteria as closely as possible. Response to this Request for Proposals is at the responder's sole risk and expense. The City anticipates selecting one of the responders, but there is no guarantee that any responding proposal will be selected. All responders must follow the requirements listed herein, have a valid business license, submit proof of insurance if required, and provide a warranty covering workmanship and equipment. Failure to follow any requirement of this request may result in rejection of a proposal. West Valley City Hall - 3600 Constitution Blvd, West Valley City (4 DCFC chargers) . The Ridge Golf Course - 5055 South Westridge Blvd, West Valley City (4 DCFC chargers) . Stone Bridge Golf Course - 4415 Links Drive, West Valley City (4 DCFC chargers) . Utah Cultural Celebration Center - 1355 W 3100 S, West Valley City (4 DCFC chargers) . Family Fitness Center - 5415 W 3100 S, West Valley City (4 DCFC chargers) All proposals shall include complete specifications and design for the seven selected sites. Responders shall provide a detailed description of any training and implementation required as well as a timeline for installation. Responders shall also provide a maintenance plan and service schedule. The cost shall include a breakdown of initial cost, any maintenance or training costs, and any other expenses to be incurred to complete installation.
