This RFP is issued on behalf of Waukesha County by the Purchasing Division. The Buyer assigned to this RFP, along with contact information, is noted on Page 1. The Buyer is the sole point of contact during this process and no information provided by any other personnel will be considered binding. The County prohibits communication initiated by the respondent to any County official, employee or representative evaluating or considering the proposals, prior to the time an award has been made. All respondents should use this written document, its attachments and any amendments as the sole basis for responding Waukesha County is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms to assist in the design and facilitation of public focus groups and aid in development of its 1) 2025--2029 Consolidated Plan, and 2) Annual Action Plan for 2025. The contract shall commence approximately 10/1/23. It is anticipated that services will be completed no later than 12/31/2024. Intent to Bid Due Date: Aug 22nd 2023, 2:00 PM Final Questions Due to Purchasing: August 15, at 11:00 a.m The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
