The Port of Everett (Port) is seeking Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from professional engineering and environmental consulting firms interested in providing services to support electrification, utility upgrades and stormwater system upgrades. The procurement process is intended to be consistent with federal procurement standards for a professional services agreement. The intended goal of this contract is to select an engineering firm (Consultant) to provide the full scope of expert services necessary to plan, permit and design various work packages required for upgrades within the expected project constraints and best practices as directed by the Port of Everett. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
