New construction, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Boise, Idaho. Working plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the construction of a municipal facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include rehabilitation of the second floor of the Capitol Annex to provide tenant space for the Supreme Court. Work will specifically include the addition of new offices and conference rooms, revisions to existing finishes, and reconfiguration of existing MEP systems to support the floor plan revisions. Work will occur completely in the tenant spaces. None of the historic spaces or finishes will be impacted. A Public Works Contractor s License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required All bids submitted on <09/27/2023> have been rejected/Non-Responsive
