Renovation of a medical facility in St Claude, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
* Award subject to final approval. Work of this Contract comprises installation modifications to fire alarm for CO detection, and fire stopping at Centre de Santé St. Claude Health Centre also known as Provincial Fire and Life Safety Project - St. Claude Health District and Pavilion. Each bid shall be accompanied with security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total Base Bid Price. Each bid shall be accompanied with a Consent of Surety to Bond in the form of a signed and sealed letter from Surety Company stating they will provide Performance Bond and Labour and Material Payment Bond if the bid is accepted. The Consent of Surety provided to the successful Bidder, if any, will be returned after delivery to the Owner of Performance and Labour and Material Payment bonds required in accordance with section 1.23 and 1.24.
