Replacement of existing kitchen hood exhaust to meet Building Code, replacement of existing duct with new duct within a new fire rated shaft from the main floor through the second floor and up to the roof. Addition of new Make-Up Air Unit on the roof to the support the new venting system. Scope of work inclusive structural, mechanical and finishes. Electrical scope as shown in E-001 is out of scope and to be coordinated with City contractor.
