Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Nicolet, Quebec. Design plans call for the construction of a 39,889-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Construction of a new elementary school in the town of Nicolet close to the Curé-Brassard School: 13 classrooms. The Le Rendez-vous Community Centre, located at 160 Rue du Frère Dominique, will be demolished to make way for the future school. TIMELINE: Project announcement has been made by the Quebec government officials. Tender and construction timelines will be finalized at a later date. The new school is scheduled to open in 2028. Further update in spring, 2026. Note: Global project cost is $27,100,000.
