Renovation of a multi-residential development in Camden, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

Work includes, but not limited to 1. Removal of asphalt shingles, underlayment, flashing, roof penetration flashing, vents, and all accessories. 2. Removal and replacement of damaged plywood as necessary. Contractor shall include a minimum of ten (10) sheets of plywood in base bid. If additional sheets are needed, contractor shall obtain approval by the Construction Manager. 3. Repair soffit and fascia board where needed. 4. Supply and install: a) Fascia b) Architectural Shingles- Color of shingles to be determined after award. c) Flashing d) Roof penetration flashing e) Gutters and Downspouts- Color: Traditional White f) Ridge vents g) Drip edge Work Sequence The work shall be completed in 15 business days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. 1. Agency business hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Except for State and Federal holidays. Contractor hours are between 7:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. 2. Contractor shall be entitled to an equitable adjustment in the Contract Time for changes in the time of performance directly attributable to severe weather conditions. For additional days to be considered the Contractor shall notify the Construction Manager no later than 8:00 a.m. on each day of severe weather conditions. 3. Contractor to submit with bid, a written schedule outlining dates and duration of job including a) Construction start date. b) Anticipated final completion date.
