A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The proposed Del Valle Grading Project consists of grading, over-excavation, and compaction to install a new 4,500-square-foot concrete pad and foundation for the future installation of a shipping container live fire training prop. The scope includes modifying an existing aggregate base area to place the new foundation and installation of a vegetated swale as part of the low impact development requirements, fire hydrants, fire department connection, backflow preventer, and power connection.
